摘要: Chemical inhibition of the proteasome has been previously found to effectively impair pollen germination and tube growth in vitro. However, mediators these effects at molecular level are unknown. By performing 2DE proteomic analysis, 24 differentially expressed protein spots, representing 14 unique candidate proteins, were identified kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) germinated presence MG132 inhibitor. qPCR analysis revealed that 11 proteins not up-regulated mRNA level, but most likely stabilized by inhibition. These predicted function various pathways including energy lipid metabolism, cell wall synthesis, synthesis/degradation stress responses. In line with this evidence, MG132-induced changes proteome accompanied an increase ATP ROS content alteration fatty acid composition.
