摘要: Hemophilia care depends on several factors for the production of purified FVIII: plasma procurement, logistics, method, and efficacy. The latter two are restrictive factors, both supply safety FVIII preparations. Conventional methodology unavoidably recovers only 10 to 20% usable protein, therefore requiring large pools source plasma. Related pool size is transmission diseases, which poses unnecessary risks patients. development new technologies better recover allows reduction size: crush-thaw, controlled pore-glass chromatography, heparin double-cold precipitation techniques. This review will reflect current methods, concept, small-pool approaches in production, future developments.
