摘要: Objective To assess whether gonadotropin-induced changes in E 2 alter serum levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) and proinflammatory cytokines. Design Prospective collection patients undergoing IVF. Setting University hospital. Patient(s) Twenty-four infertile women. Intervention(s) Serum at baseline, the mid late follicular phases, oocyte retrieval, luteal phases. Main Outcome Measure(s) Samples were assayed for sVCAM-1, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), . Result(s) The VCAM-1 was maximally suppressed phase. Luteal sVCAM-1 correlated [1] positively with patient's age, units gonadotropins, day 3 FSH [2] negatively [a] follicular, [b] number preovulatory follicles oocytes retrieved. Similar correlations noted TNF-α reached a peak mid-follicular phase nadir retrieval age retrieved oocytes. IL-6 levels.
