摘要: This study evaluates the applicability of trace element and organic contaminant data from a floodplain cross-section as basis for numerical model spatial dynamics. Using threshold values pollution-sensitive elements market introduction dates xenobiotics, sampled sediment is assigned to historical phases develop chronology. The investigation based on 60-m wide core transect which samples were analyzed determine grain-size distribution, inventory, xenobiotic content. In addition, inundation, flow velocities, amount deposited numerically modeled using Delft3D verify analyses results; conversely, results sedimentary analysis served input model. Changes in morphology interpreted digital elevation (1 m resolution), maps 1865 AD, field surveys. architecture alluvial sediments was examined cores accounting recent relief possible factors. show broad range heavy metal pollutants presence 57 volatile compounds pattern that reflects multiple deposition processes phases. Based these verification, pre-industrial, industrial, post-industrial phases, sedimentation rates 0.6–1.3 cm a−1 estimated. this contribute better understanding development small meandering gravel-bed rivers with large floodplains, where suspended predominate.
