摘要: We shall not attempt here to enumerate the results or review in a systematic way significant literature dealing with use of high pressure studies proteins and other molecules biological interest. Two recent reviews on this subject, one by MOrild (1981) another Heremans (1982), further article Jaenicke enzymes under extreme environmental conditions contain expositions references that would render redundatn such task. Rather we concentrate examination othe conceptual framework employed interpretation experiments critical discussion our knowledge selected areas present interest likely future significance.
