An electrochemical senor for determination of amlodipine besylate based on graphene–chitosan nanocomposite film modified glassy carbon electrode and application in biological and pharmaceutical samples

摘要: Abstract The graphene–chitosan composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated and used to determine amlodipine besylate. In 0.1 M pH 7.3 phosphate buffer solutions, the redox peak currents of besylate increased significantly at compared with bare chitosan electrode, indicating that graphene possessed electrocatalytic activity towards amlodipine. experimental conditions were optimized oxidation mechanism discussed. Under optimal conditions, current proportional concentration in range from 1-70 µM correlation coefficient 0.9930. detection limit 0.6 (S/N=3). Using proposed method, successfully determined serum sample, tablets urine, suggesting this method can be applied pharmaceuticals.
