摘要: Present investigation deals with pin-on-disk type of tribometer used to conduct abrasive wear testing in situ Al–4.5%Cu–xTiB2 composites for enhanced understanding the physical phenomenon. Characterization studies comprehending ceramic TiB2 reinforcement distribution and surface topology analysis were executed through field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, high-resolution atomic force microscopy techniques. Experimental design based on full factorial method Taguchi’s orthogonal array has been employed study experimental runs control parameters that are affecting wearing loss function along assistance MINITAB 17 software was optimize various involved experiment. ANOVA further identify percentage contribution parameter combinations output parameters. Furthermore, regression model developed assist calculation response upon existing results. Consequently, this in-depth characteristics can immensely help true influence their effects phenomenon composites.
