摘要: To reveal the effect of alloy element on morphology in situ TiB2 particles, a series particles with various were obtained via controlling synthesis process. Si and Cu can affect transformation significantly. preferentially adsorbed (101¯1), (112¯0) (12¯13¯) planes resulting polyhedron TiB2. (101¯0) leading to minimum aspect (the ratio diameter thickness).
