摘要: Novel Cr-alloyed MoSi2-based nanocomposite coatings were successfully synthesized onto Ti-6Al-4V substrates by a double glow discharge plasma technique. The architecture of the exhibited hierarchical structure, consisting equiaxed C40-MoSi2 with bimodal grain size distribution and strip-shaped Mo5Si3 grains segregated to boundaries submicron MoSi2 grains. results showed that toughness depended strongly upon their structure magnitude compressive residual stresses in coatings.
