摘要: Modification of dietary intake, either via a reduction total calories or restriction specific macro- micronutrients, has received considerable attention over the past several years due to its health enhancing and antiaging properties. Caloric includes energy intake conducted on daily basis, every other day, without causing malnutrition. Dietary does not necessarily limit caloric but eliminate reduce macronutrient (e.g., protein) from diet. The present article serves provide brief overview scientific literature relevant restriction, with particular focus improving human longevity.
