摘要: (1) Introduction: Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO) are key signaling molecules that play important roles in the progression of inflammatory disorders. The objective this study was to explore use myrtucommuacetalone-1 (MCA-1), as a novel compound natural origin potential anti-inflammatory agent. (2) Methodology: MCA-1, which isolated from Myrthus communis Linn, determined by assaying superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, production macrophages. Furthermore, effects were analyzed via phosphorylation translocation transcription factor NF kappa B, is regulator iNOS activation. effect MCA-1 on inducible synthase (iNOS) enzyme also examined using silico docking studies. anticancer for evaluated with an MTT cytotoxic assay. (3) Results: In stimulated macrophages, inhibited superoxide 48%, peroxide 53%, IC50 <1 µg/mL. showed very strong binding pattern within active site enzyme. 25 µg/mL expression abolished (NFκB) nucleus. Cytotoxicity analyses 3T3 mouse fibroblasts, CC1 liver cell line, J774.2, macrophages MDBK bovine kidney epithelial cell, yielded values 6.53 ± 1.2, 4.6 0.7, 5 0.8, µg/mL, respectively. (4) Conclusion: Our results suggest major phloroglucinol-type compound, shows activity has be leading therapeutic agent future.
