摘要: OBJECTIVE Elucidation of relationship between the levels thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), free serum thyroxine, and urine cortisol parameters erythroid lineage hematopoiesis to estimate thyroid functionin children prepubertal, pubertal, postpubertal age permanently residing under a low-dose radiation exposureto determine premorbid state function. MATERIALS AND METHODS Children aged 3 18 years old (n = 203) living in most intensively radionuclide-contaminated regions Kyiv, Zhytomyr Chornihiv oblasts Ukraine after Chornobyl NPP accident wereenrolled. Complaints ossalgia, arthralgia, fatigue, bone fractures history, dysembryogenetic stigmata, hypermobility syndrome degree, types somatic diseases were taken into account. Peripheral blood countparameters, biochemical indices studied, namely total protein, cholesterol, creatinine alkaline phosphatase activity. Levels pituitary TSH, daily cortisol, anddoses exposure determined. RESULTS The dose values ranged from (0.35 ± 0.09) mSv (0.54 0.12) mSv. There was nodifference depending on dose. At TSH up 1.0 μIU/ml no correlation found with levels; at 1.0-3.0 thecorrelation coefficient r 0.31; higher than 3.0 0.61probably indicating compensatory role adrenal cortex risk disease development. In joint hypermobility grade II there incidence dentofacial anomalies (χ2 6.9), deformitiesof lower extremities dental caries 4.3) (p < 0.05). direct theserum level (over μIU/ml) micrognathia (brachygnathia) (r 0.62) impact upper limit reference range may contribute toa decreased RBC count peripheral blood, increased average volume hemoglobin content erythrocyte beingassociated initial manifestations dysfunction. CONCLUSIONS Abnormal endocrine regulation affects connective tissue, stromal microenvironment marrow, accordingly branch children, which be relevant inthe development course oncohematological diseases.
