Automated Software Package for Icosahedral Virus Reconstruction

摘要: The three-dimensional reconstruction of icosahedral viruses from electron micrograph images has become an important tool for understanding virus structure, function, and pathogenesis. We have developed integrated suite software programs to automate most the operations involved in producing these reconstructions EM images. Our package combines analytical capabilities preexisting algorithms together with approaches we produce interactive working environment which enhances efficiency usefulness this approach structural analysis viruses.
