摘要: Abstract PURPOSE: To determine whether time of strabismus surgery for patients with acquired intermittent exotropia and constant influences postoperative sensory outcome. METHODS: In a retrospective, cross-sectional study, 76 or motor realignment were evaluated status. Age at surgery, duration exotropia, presence correlated The 23 male 53 female had an average age 9.3 years the mean follow-up 5.9 years. RESULTS: Patients significantly greater chance having stereoacuity better than 60 seconds arc (bifixation) if they surgically aligned before 7 ( P CONCLUSIONS: may achieve superior outcome 7, 5 duration, while deviation is intermittent.
