摘要: Abstract Longitudinal investigations concerning Immunological responses and periodontal disease activity support a relationship between serum antibody levels the micro-organisms associated with dental plaque. To define this host response further, we studied of avidity to Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa) in 11 adult periodontitis 6 localized juvenile (LJP) patients Aa infections. Patients were monitored every 3–4 months for immunological clinical variables including probing pocket depths (PD), bleeding on (BOP), plaque index (PLI), number active sites (DA), Avidity indices determined using an ELISA significant changes from each patients' baseline level determined. The results showed different patterns within patient groups, A subset subjects experienced over time. Between group comparisons yielded no differences positive or negative changes, although there more frequent group. There also correlations parameters avidity, change points, determination disease. Further studies will be necessary fully role its pathogenesis diseases.
