摘要: Activin is a member of the transforming growth factor β superfamily, which known to have activities involved in regulating differentiation and development. By using reverse transcription-PCR analysis on immunoaffinity-purified human breast cells, we found that activin βa type II receptor are expressed by myoepithelial whereas no expression was detected other cell types. In examining 15 lines, only four (HBL-100, MCF10-A, PMC-42, BT 20) be positive for mRNA, all receptor. Furthermore, A potent inhibitor MCF-7 cells (at 2 ng/ml), where it causes an arrest G1. does not appear effect cycle primary or luminal cells. However, demonstrate tubule formation mammary organoids vitro . These first observations normal lines suggest role morphogenesis.
