摘要: Background The normal duct and lobular system of the mammary gland is lined with luminal myoepithelial cell types. Although evidence suggests that cells might suppress tumor growth, invasion angiogenesis, their role remains a major enigma in breast cancer biology few models are currently available for exploring influence. Several years ago spontaneous transplantable adenocarcinoma (M38) arose our BALB/c colony; it contains malignant component able to metastasize draining lymph nodes lung.
