摘要: Abstract Composition and temperature dependence of dc conductivity Seebeck coefficient for Cu1−xZnxGa0.5Fe1.5O4 (0.0 ≤ × ≤ 0.5) are discussed. Thermoelectric power studies this ferrite series investigated from room to well beyond the Curie by differential method. The φ is found be positive compositions with x ≤ 0.2 indicating that these ferrites behave as p-type semiconductors, while x ≥ 0.3 show n-type semiconductors negative. Results display semiconducting behavior materials. Transition temperatures obtained both in good agreement was decreased linearly Zn content. Some physical properties samples such density porosity also results discussed light interactions over metal sites spinel unit cell.
