Hyperfine parameters, (ac and dc) conductivity, and dielectric relaxation studies of CuAlFeO4, using Mössbauer and adaptive technique for electrical measurements

摘要: Abstract Single-phase cubic spinel ferrite CuAlFeO 4 has been synthesized. Hyperfine parameters have investigated with 57 Fe Mossbauer effect (ME) spectroscopy in the temperature range (77–345 K). The obtained cation distribution revealed an inverse system. determined magnetic transition and Debye θ D are 340 233 K, respectively. dependence of sublattice magnetization σ s ( T ) obeys a one-third power law (170–339 K). electrical properties investigated, using adaptive technique cell designed for measuring both ac dc conductivity simultaneously. This enables separation components where conduction mechanism is determined. In addition, relation dielectric loss tan  δ frequency at different temperatures shows relaxation spectra time maximum hopping
