摘要: Abstract Chlorinated flame retardants, particularly dechlorane plus (DP), were widely used in commercial applications and are ubiquitous the environment. A total of seven species aquatic organisms collected concurrently from region a chemical production facility Huai’an, China. DP structurally related compounds including mirex, dechloranes 602, 603, 604, chlordene (CP), monoadduct (DPMA), two dechlorinated breakdown products DP, decachloropentacyclooctadecadiene ( anti -Cl 10 -DP) undecachloropentacyclooctadecadiene 11 -DP), detected these organisms. Nitrogen stable isotope ratios also measured to determine trophic levels Trophic magnification factors (TMFs) for chemicals calculated with values ranging 1.0 3.1. TMFs CP, -DP, ∑DP statistically greater than 1, showing evidence biomagnification food web. Concentration -DP showed significant relationship level, implying that had higher food-web potential its precursor.
