摘要: Weltweit werden zur Zeit ca. 250 000 Patienten mit terminaler Niereninsuffizienz durch eine Organersatztherapie erfolgreich behandelt. In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland liegt diese Zahl bei etwa 20 000. Die weit uberwiegende Mehrzahl wird Hamodialyse Alternativen sind Peritonealdialyse und Transplantation.
