摘要: Extrapulmonary small cell carcinoma in breast and prostate are uncommon neoplasms. In the literature most of data come from case reports these show that tumours highly aggressive. Histologically, they bear striking similarities to carcinomas lung usually evidence additional histologies. Treatment, which may include surgery, radiotherapy chemotherapy, is based on clinical stage. We present evolution two cases.
