摘要: In VANET, the most important applications are safety applications, public infotainment and internet service to vehicles participating in it. To enable such efficiently communication methodologies need prevail. Despite of its dynamic nature, VANET offers stability some extent if identified can be useful create efficient network communication. One main problems observed loss connectivity. These could eliminated by creating maintaining an environment that wide range connectivity, regardless nature VANET. this paper, a proposal for designing protocol improve using Node Velocity based Hierarchical Clustering Nodes (NVHCN) is made. By NVHCN, cluster formation regulated each lives longer duration. Through inter-cluster communication, reliable formed.
