This evolution has led to an improved array aids, development Multi-CriteriaDecision Analysis (MCDA) tools that offer scientifically sound decision analytical framework. The existence different MCDA availability corresponding software contribute possibility practical implementation these methods. However, even though great deal work been done in justifying theoretical foundation methods, real-life applications are rare. critical attitudes schools toward alternative approaches may obstacle application MCDA. Additionally, no method is theoretically appropriate for group processes, all necessarily use significant simplifications assumptions rank policy alternatives. Nevertheless, this paper illustrates three two case studies involving management contaminated sediments.
