摘要: Japanese society is currently facing high pressure with the structural change of global economics and politics. In 2010, Japan slipped from 2nd to 3rd in terms Gross Domestic Product (GDP), replaced by China. 2011, biggest earthquake tsunami recorded history hit Eastern part this country took place, was followed accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, which expected result long term damage. Based on its strong social capital, most had already returned a usual life end 2011. However, cost for recovery adding significant national budget, burdened huge debt more than 200% GDP. Faced also on-going ageing population phenomena, it necessity strengthen linkage neighbouring countries, are recognized as emerging economies.
