摘要: Experiments on the reaggregation of Xenopus laevis midgastrulae have shown that sorting out cell types (“specific adhesion”) is controlled by differences in time at which various change their adhesive and motile properties. This control termed a “temporal specificity”. In consequence it not necessary to postulate specific chemical pattern surfaces responsible for adhesion explain out, though these patterns may exist. A mechanism trap right position when they acquire correct properties part temporal specificity, this starts operating outside reaggregate spreads inwards. The trapping be connected with non-Newtonian surface viscosity cells. Measurements cells very early stages X. character.
