The interaction of ANF and ANF(24–28)OH with the agonist, Isoprenaline (ISO), antagonist, Propranolol (PRO), β-adrenergic receptor in cardiovascular system rat was investigated. 2. studies showed that C-terminal fragment ANF, ANF(24–28)OH, interfered receptor. 3. This does not exclude action this pentapeptide on other receptors.
