摘要: In this commentary, we will briefly discuss the potential regulatory role of atrial natriuretic factor in peripheral autonomic nervous system function. The focus be on factor's involvement cardiovascular homeostasis through its effect sympathetic activity, which may complement humoral role. [Kuchel et al. (1987) Life Sci. 40, 1545-1551; Lang (1985) Nature 314, 264-266]. We attempt to support hypothesis neuromodulatory action efferent outflow. Specifically, regulation synthesis and release neurotransmitters synaptic transmission at level ganglia outlined. Its usefulness neurobiological studies also indicated.
