摘要: In this study we developed an algorithm to screen for all exact molecular signatures of the quarantine pathogen Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli (Xap), based on available data presence or absence virulence-associated genes. The simultaneous genes avrBsT and xopL is specific Xap. Therefore a multiplex PCR assay targeting identification specificity was validated by comparison that other assays aimed at Xap, wide collection reference strains. This further blind isolates which pathogenicity assayed stem wounding dipping leaves into calibrated inocula. combined previously described X4c/X4e Such combination enables strains pathogenic bean. Results also show does not give reliable results in case should be preferred.
