摘要: Abstract The CoCr x Fe 2− O 4 (0.0⩽x⩽1.0) ferrite powders are fabricated by a sol–gel method. crystallographic and magnetic properties of investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD), Mossbauer spectroscopy, scanning electron micrography (SEM) vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). structures spinel, the lattice constants size particle decrease with increasing Cr contents in . spectra, consisted two Zeeman sextets (0.0⩽ ⩽0.6) due to 3+ ions at tetrahedral octahedral sites, changed gradually doublet (0.8⩽ ⩽1.0) room temperature. variation parameters has been discussed powders. hyperfine fields Neel temperature contents. coercivity decreases fast but saturation magnetization slowly
