摘要: Abstract A model for the spectral response function of large volume germanium gamma-ray detectors in range incident energies from 60 keV to 6.2 MeV has been developed and applied a 39% high purity detector. Functional forms describing various features are based either on empirical functions or analytical expressions interaction mechanisms. Improved formulated give good agreement experimental spectra near Compton edge continuum primary annihilation photons. To form complete detector only nine linear six nonlinear parameters needed. Validity is demonstrated by comparing regenerated 241Am, 51Cr, 137Cs, 54Mn, 28Al, 37S, 16N synthesized 24Na 133Ba using equivalent spectra.
