摘要: Gas chromatographic methods for the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls and DDT (with some its metabolites) in sewage sludge samples similar materials are described. The sample is extracted with a mixture hexane, acetone water. After separation, hexane phase reduced volume divided into two aliquots, one which first shaken 7% fuming sulphuric acid to remove lipids, then potassium cyanide eliminate interference by elemental sulphur. other aliquot evaporated dryness heated ethanolic hydroxide. aliquots injected gas chromatograph fitted glass capillary column an electron capture detector. Hexabromobenzene used as internal standard. Polychlorinated determined quantitatively comparing peaks those Clophen A 50 or 60. individual percentage composition chlorobiphenyls biphenyl oils used. coated silicone oil SF 96 according described procedure.
