摘要: Gas chromatographic methodology has been developed for quantitative analysis of samples o-, m-, and p-ethylphenols. Samples are dissolved in a dichloromethane solution the internal standard, anisole, then derivatized with N-trimethylsilylimidazole to form silyl ethers. The chromatographed similarly prepared standards on stainless-steel OV-17 support-coated open tubular (SCOT) column. Specificity, linearity, precision stability discussed, chromatograms obtained SCOT column compared those packed analytical column. This report describes one first gas methods use (capillary) column.
