摘要: Abstract An improved gas chromatographic method is described for the determination of alkyl- and alkoxy-substituted phenols as their 2,4-dinitrophenyl ethers. The analysis performed on OV-210 glass capillary or SP-2100 fused silica columns using electron-capture detection. separation o -, m - p -substituted isomers dimethylphenols has been achieved. sensitivity limit detection various, ethers 0.01–0.09 ng injected coefficient variation about 5%. reaction conditions ether formation are described. optimum pH, temperature time 11.5, 50°C 40 min, respectively.
