摘要: Here, we provide data related to the research article entitled “Quantitative proteomics study of Aspergillus fumigatus secretome revealed deamidation secretory enzymes” by Adav et al. (J. Proteomics (2015) [1]). sp. plays an important role in lignocellulosic biomass recycling. To explore hydrolyzing enzymes A. fumigatus, profiled under different carbon sources such as glucose, cellulose, xylan and starch high throughput quantitative using isobaric tags for relative absolute quantification (iTRAQ). The presented here represents detailed comparative abundances diverse groups including cellulases, hemicellulases, lignin degrading enzymes, peptidases proteases; their post translational modification like deamidation.
