摘要: Fungal species of the genus Aspergillus are filamentous ubiquitous saprophytes that play a major role in lignocellulosic biomass recycling and also considered as cell factories for production organic acids, pharmaceuticals, industrially important enzymes. Analysis extracellular secreted degrading enzymes using complex substrate by solid-state fermentation could be more practical approach to evaluate application biorefinery. This study isolated fungal strain from compost, identified fumigatus, further analyzed it lignocellulolytic at different temperatures label free quantitative proteomics.
