摘要: It has been reported that disseminated tumor cells (DTCs) can be found in the majority of prostate cancer (PCa) patients, even at time primary treatment with no clinical evidence metastatic disease. This suggests these escaped early disease and exist a dormant state distant organs until they develop some patients as overt metastases. Understanding mechanisms by which exit tumor, survive circulation, settle organ, quiescent is critical to understanding tumorigenesis, developing new prognostic assays, designing therapeutic modalities prevent treat
