摘要: Rice yellow mottle virus (RYMV) resistance QTLs were mapped in a doubled-haploid population of rice, ‘IR64/Azucena’. Disease impact on plant morphology and development, expression symptoms content evaluated field conditions. Virus was also assessed growth chamber. RYMV found to be under polygenic determinism, 15 detected seven chromosomal fragments. For all the detected, favourable allele provided by resistant parent ‘Azucena’. Three regions determined using different parameters two environments. On chromosome 12, QTL that had already been this another indica/japonica confirmed both controlled Significant correlations observed between tillering ability, as measured control non-inoculated plants. In addition, three genomic fragments involved architecture development. particular, semi-dwarfing gene sd-1, 1, susceptible parent, ‘IR64’, region where with most parameters. contrast, 12 independent morphology.
