摘要: Urban Heat Island phenomenon and heat column formation effects are directly affected by the outdoor temperature of building. This leads to high on-coil at unit air conditioners (ACs). As a result, energy consumption AC system increases Coefficient Performance decreases eventually provides low capacities than rated amounts manufacturer. In reality very often, building designers shop keepers decide required capacity for given space referring already tabulated cooling load per area without performing any calculation or considering other factors that would affect load. When it comes rise buildings, their approximations often incorrect obtaining thermal comfort from machineries is impossible. order prevent under-estimation load, this study investigated increment conditions due UHI conducting few case studies with support Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations. It was revealed in high-rise buildings surrounding generally 1.0 – 1.7°C 10-story requirement 10th floor 9–10% respect ground floor.
