摘要: The dysregulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) plays an important role in asthenozoospermia. This study evaluated the sperm microRNA-423-5p (miR-423-5p) expression asthenozoospermia and normozoospermia, exploring miR-423-5p Eighty participants were divided into asthenozoospermic (AZS, n = 40) normozoospermic (Norm, groups. Fresh semen samples collected cells separated. Quantitative Real-Time polymerase chain reaction was used to measure level. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) employed test diagnostic performance asthenospermia. Dual-reporter luciferase assay adopted confirm target gene miR-423-5p. level normozoospermia measured, biological function evaluated. Results showed that AZS group higher than Norm group, which positively correlated with severity ROC analysis area under (AUC) 0.69 (95% confidence interval = 0.57-0.80, p <0 .01), 80% sensitivity 60% specificity. Glutathione S-transferase mu 1 (GSTM1) is a miR-423-5p, significantly decreased group. Compared glutathione (GST) activity total antioxidant capacity (TAC) decreased, while malondialdehyde (MDA) increased Furthermore, GST TAC negatively expression, MDA expression. In conclusion, upregulated High-level inhibited motility through targeting GSTM1 promote oxidative stress.
