摘要: We studied the variations of Indian Monsoon regime during last glacial cycle recorded in deep-sea sediments Core MD900963 recovered at junction between Arabian Sea and Bay Bengal. surface temperature (SST) were established by means unsaturation ratio ofalkenones. The SST record allowed us to apply correction δ18O curve which was on planktonic foraminifera Globigerinoides ruber (white). Using a global sea water /salinity ratios for Bengal we reconstructed variability salinity 170,000 years. can probably be attributed changes evaporation-precipitation balance (E-P) ultimately relative intensity monsoons over Our results suggest that stage 5.5 early Holocene, SW monsoon stronger resulted higher precipitation lower salinity. In contrast, time interval 90 15 kyr particular stages 6, 2 substage 5.2 reduced dry NE dominant feature seasonal climate.
