摘要: Radioiodinated erythropoietin (Epo) was bound specifically to the cells of two non-erythroid clonal lines, PC12 and SN6, which expressed neuronal characteristics. The binding time-, cell number-, dose-dependent reversible. Although cloned Epo receptor from (derived rat adrenal medulla) identical that erythroid cells, significant differences in ligand properties between lineages were found; 1) had a single class sites with very low affinity (Kd = 16 nM), whereas classes different affinities 95 pM for high 1.9 nM sites), 2) cross-linking experiments revealed one cross-linked product 105 kDa products 140 120 cells.
