摘要: Rising demand for transportation safety during their operation has become public awareness these days which leads to massive development in navigation and mitigation technologies. However, accidents various modes, including ship, are still occurring despite this progress. The numbers of involved parameters make accidental phenomena the maritime environment, namely collision be the latest concern as its influence on remarkable casualties. This paper aims analyze ship incident involves cargo carrier passenger vessel. Structural crashworthiness main subject accounting limit state design assessment is performed using a finite element approach observe both global local behaviors target under bow impact. Initial prediction indicates that major energy dedicated destroying deck outer shell. The tendency force period explicitly hints progressive failure will continue take place even if extended. behavior member/component also presented discussion.
