摘要: Circulating memory T follicular helper subsets, Tfh2 and Tfh17 are found to be aberrantly regulated in many autoimmune diseases. However, their roles the pathogenesis of GBS still unclear. This study examined phenotype, distribution, clinical relevance potential function 36 patients (including 24 AMAN 12 AIDP patients). We that absolute counts total Tfh cells were significantly increased AMAN, while no significant difference compared with HC. Furthermore, levels three subsets cells, Tfh1, Tfh17, differentially altered AMAN. The all a higher level ratio (Tfh2+Tfh17)/Tfh1 percentages ICOS(+) greater when HC, former had positive correlation severity both AIDP. Conversely, PD1(+) lower than Therefore, circulating might promote autoantibody-related immune response serve as useful markers evaluate progression
