摘要: The primary role of the human immune system is to provide protection against pathogenic microbes and other environmental threats. This essential function tightly regulated so that intact cells tissues are not subject attacks in normal individuals. However, under some circumstances include genetic predisposition, immunological dysregulation, excessive stimulations (eg, infection), recognition self-antigens may lead autoimmune pathology. Although benefit vaccination infectious diseases largely outweighs potential risk adverse effects, this deserves a particular attention. recent introduction vaccines for adolescents young adults has increased purely coincidental association incipient diseases, example, multiple sclerosis, led countries overwhelming detrimental concerns about vaccination. In chapter we review reality concern infection-associated manifestations define guidelines causality assessment after vaccination. We also explore possible approaches reduce minimum consequences new vaccines. Finally, consider guidance clinician facing challenge vaccinating patients with diseases.
