摘要: The role of endocannabinoid (eCB) signalling in restraint stress-induced neuronal activation was studied. Male mice exposed to 30 min exhibit increased Fos protein within prefrontal cortex (PFC), lateral septum (LS), nucleus accumbens (Acb) and medial amygdala. SR141716 (2 mg/kg) itself had no effect on but pretreatment with significantly potentiated restraint-induced expression cingulate, LS Acb. also the time spent active escape behaviours during restraint. In restraint-habituated (mice four previous episodes), fifth exposure resulted decreased compared first only induced central Administration prior episode greater potentiation induction than first; significant increases occurred all regions PFC examined, Brain regional eCB content measured immediately after N-arachidonylethanolamine amygdala both episodes. 2-Arachidonylglycerol limbic forebrain not first. Restraint cerebellar content. These data suggest that CB 1 receptors opposes behavioural responses aversive stimuli. Because repeated homotypic stress 2-AG a expression, we hypothesize receptor activity contributes habituation stress.
