摘要: Although gamete cryopreservation has facilitated advancement of reproduction research by allowing the storage cells over prolonged periods time, during freezing-thawing cycles, inevitably suffer from cryoinjuries. Here, we evaluate oxidative stress and DNA damage zebrafish sperm at different stages process. It was generally observed that freezing thawing samples led to an increase in generation reactive oxygen species activity catalase enzyme a reduction sulfhydryl groups superoxide dismutase activity. The alkaline comet assay demonstrated increased after equilibration with even greater thawing. modified formamidopyrimidine glycosylase, Endonuclease III than standard assay, demonstrating high degree oxidation purines pyrimidines all cryopreservation. Our results show freeze thaw processes cause cryoprotectant toxicity exposure equilibrium stage.
