摘要: The aim of this paper is to study the effect reinking and pretreatment waste banknote on its usability in bioethanol production process. To end, tensile strength worn was first studied at different pH values. sample with lowest considered for next sections. In deinking process, NaOH concentrations (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%) combination ultrasonic treatment applied. After pulp, two acidic alkaline chemical pretreatments 1%, 4% were used independently ultrasonic. Enzymatic hydrolysis, following fermentation Scheffersomyces stipitis, crystallinity measurements confirm efficiency pretreatments. RSM Design Expert software determine optimal values by considering three variables—enzyme loading, contact time deinked (WPD) blank (WPB) pulps. results indicated that repulping most efficient = 2. deinking, highest brightness obtained using 3% Between acid pretreatment, more appropriate according resulting sugar concentration weight loss. XRD tests confirmed index pretreated sulfuric enzymatic hydrolysis step 92 g/L WPD 81 WPB. For 96 h, ethanol process achieved 38 80.9% 31 75.04% WPB, respectively. Our research shows can widen utilization potential biorefinery processes.
