摘要: Abstract A novel class of N -substituted glycosmicine derivatives was synthesized, and their anticonvulsant, antioxidant activity interaction with bovine serum albumin (BSA) were evaluated. The synthesized compounds 4a – j examined for anticonvulsant by maximal electroshock induced seizures (MESs) test neurotoxic effects determined rotorod in mice. structure–activity relationships (SARs) these also investigated. Compounds 4d , 4g 4i 4j found to have good protective effect from seizure. vitro evaluated 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) superoxide radical scavenging assay. between methylquinazoline-2,4(1H, 3H)-dione (NMQ) BSA analyzed fluorescence ultraviolet spectroscopy at 304 K under simulative physiological conditions. quenched NMQ is discussed according the Stern–Volmer equation. binding constant sites calculated.
