摘要: Dry tomb and bioreactor landfills were analyzed with respect to their external costs in an intergenerational cost-benefit analysis a partial framework which enabled sounder comparison be carried out between these two technologies from socio-economic viewpoint. Obviously, this approach was only first step for building comprehensive basis of any environmental as well fiscal policy the field waste management. All are identified evaluated three different scenarios, corresponding worst case, best guess case. discounting is crucial perspective. Generation-adjusted (GAD) applied take into account equity efficiency criteria, order deal types uncertainties that decisive decisions: physical uncertainty captured by introducing our scenarios; macroeconomic taken consideration calculating present values using real growth rates; microeconomic considering individual peculiarities reflected subjective time preference rate. The findings show, whenever there low GDP less than 1%, generally superior dry (lower costs). This statement becomes more valid rate decreases. However, high positive rates, it technology system.
